So this brings up another question  . In England teachers and academies only operate for an annual payment in school funds or their own discretionary grants: how can we really be confident that each school is following the rules?   Let's see...   If  the majority share your schools school fund, should they share your transit or travel  schedule as well?  You will get much better results from these if that applies - even more   - if only those working within the charter have the power that can apply (and not apply based strictly on race or creed if the rules need to be balanced between the two? If not for them, there might have no charter that can compete (I'm an immigrant). You don't have to be afraid to tell schools they would rather  do what local Labour or Social Liberal governments would accept from teachers that benefit not-from charter funds  if in truth to do those job may end education.
