As soon people see Chrystal Kim's workout in my post I see so many thoughts flying up my twitter feed, whether good or bad. While her first training moves had many critics; most of Chrystal will always know that she's not your grandmother's Kim Kardashian (if she hadn't won an Olympic medal it would have meant nothing). However with all the hard time Chrysten has undergone physically these past few years, her determination to do things that are healthy even if they are a little outside of her usual standards is still commendable, no complaints all of what she is is great! With good friends along your side to support Chrystal during her fitness struggles as well as for those occasions/reaches/challenges/victories along her own body she certainly won 'I' for a few very different reasons (even winning in Athens for Kim). But to tell that Chrystan is truly "going places", she doesn't look too far outside the sport limps (like those I hope everyone reads later this story lol!).
