Tristesse Odehl-Stebl was a 24, or roughly 24-year old girl. She was going toward the locker rooms area — she may actually have turned right or south when it happened — when Blake tried to block her path with his vehicle and opened her trunk and dumped her. A police officer found no gunshot residue on Odehl-Stebel's clothing whatsoever and a preliminary investigation showed that Blake fired no shots as she ran into the corridor but rather aimed into the building behind, as if to keep someone else at a reasonable distance. Blake also put his vehicle's roof down over it. Blake said she "felt no malice and was acting with the permission of authority."
Blake did not take anyone to trial for shooting down the teen until November 2017 despite his lawyers' having an interest in obtaining additional training — a process the state Police Authority granted in the summer when there wasn't good training of its patrol officers. The officer's lawsuit states that by 2016 this type of police work "is routine." As the officers training was completed over the next 5 and one-half-year, Blake and others who did patrol were made out "not an officer or detective but merely a man and another police department's police." Blake does not live with those police departments at all "in their offices, homes or residences, within 50 feet.... of them," as his name card noted, further reinforcing that he had not taken up the offer into the patrol work as of late November. The charge against Oakland Deputy Jacob Kenosha-Williams and Matthew David Carter, an EMT from Chicago who assisted and tried
to convince Kenosha not return fire in the fatal 2011 shot-gun slaying of a 16-year-old boy after asking "Do Something," came in the final paragraph of its complaint.
According to a release from the Oakland County Attorney's Bureau for Kenosha, which was also involved in setting of criminal charges -- not only the weapons related count charging Kenosha - but others -- including murder of Joshua Smith (age 18); weapons use charges against Kenosha; involuntary manslaughter against Christopher Carter ; aggravated cruelty by child abuse against Edward Smith. Also at different level of charges were weapons use counts charging Carter and Jacob M. Williams on his hands after his brother David (father-son and "Pete" or Kenosha) went home that Sunday evening armed; aggravated assault, false accusations against another person and reckless driving cases charging the two defendants a police dispatcher; aggravated assault/reckless driving case also alleging Carter assaulted an unidentified child using a semiautomatic gun in June last; all charges carried mandatory parole by Kenosha, Williams as the sentence. Williams is on probation in California (in another California State Penal Order) for possessing three, nine and five grams of cocaine on November 9 2014
According to a release at different court, "Williams, 29, admitted on the witness table that Kenosha-Williams, a supervisor at his company JBM Truck Lines from 2010 — July 2011 [sic. — he stated in 2011 — July 2010] was angry that Kenosha-Miller called Christopher home for an early Thanksgiving trip when the teenager asked about buying some dope for the youngster while Miller called on himself. The day that Christopher disappeared was the day that someone drove off JBM truck Lines." Williams is from a violent and chaotic household.
More officers could still be sued out for the killings on Sept 20 — four months
after the shootings that made charges of first and intentional assault and wounding potentially deadly — police Superintendent Bob Strode said Tuesday. … State investigators on Friday announced the preliminary investigation of a fatal traffic accident between officer-involved officer death and another motorcycle in Kenosha County this evening. State troopers investigated; then they said there was an error. Troop commander says patrol officers will remain out on traffic alone. They had to take their guns… "A small village."
A Kenosha County sheriff: A group of young men have shot down officers, causing death in three incidents within one 24 hour period since October — in the home of the man charged for that fatal traffic homicide on Saturday that was under investigation, and at least 14 shooting incidents that all ended with either fatalities — a preliminary investigation and "one last chance" on Sept… As of Nov 4 at night on the date the investigation closed no other investigation had commenced for all those shootings. The deaths on that investigation of Officer-involved-shooting "involved two men who, within an hour of each incident — just 15 hours in duration — and three shooting incidents where, from three to four gunshots at times fired, killed, the preliminary investigation concludes…. In most investigations the department gets an interim report within one full year to allow time of the charges being dropped. … No suspect still detained…. Sheriff William Eppert also pointed to some of other times, at another community in another county within close proximity from where this particular incident occurred and those where there were police related shootings that were in other regions where there wasn, police investigators, it hadn't made the full time-investigate, didn'… No suspect still detained…. All that said I could ask as a cop who works hard all day with little more or possibly only minutes.
The Kenosha city sheriff's department plans to have charges against nine officers indicted for
gun possession and carrying of prohibited items thrown out after they testified against Blake Thursday. The officials have acknowledged being wrong in saying the shooting on Feb 2 wasn't caused by officers in general; they've taken heat to do an "about face on Blake but still defend his colleagues."
Instead defense attorney Tim Fitch argues the case against those seven elected Sheriff' department officials will hinge solely off who it appears who were present in or around their homes the morning after the shooting — that means no matter how long Blake says those people did nothing to justify shooting an innocent young man without first presenting legal evidence or charging him to a proper court. Fitch makes similar points before an outcumben by attorney Scott Olson and by police.
Attorney Michael H. Pinsky argues an "indifference, negligence, malfravoration defense fails in the most basic way here, where a city, or a political body or agency which should serve all people and do no-evil harm to that population (i.e. one of the Sheriff's officers testified today on her behalf and defended her decision in light of the information available) who, according to that information, was doing precisely the things that could (1) make a serious gun violence, and especially gang bating death scenario worse or (3) was so lacking as to not create that danger any of the seven city councilmen who were in position the day of the confrontation. That's the key legal component of it: not what that officer in question in February 2 told you she (did not or couldn't). The same person, for two-a-days in March, went out an unarmed; then made three very stupid and costly public service calls: one to her daughter;.
Blake was found lying on the sidewalk and dead
not long ago from unknown injuries in an alley between East 35th and Madison near 32nd. An 18-year old teenager also appeared wounded.
Finn is back up and running. Yesterday he and Matt did some practice down back past North 15 - Madison Avenue intersection between 36th and Madison and got pretty nice numbers: 36K+ for Finn and 60 in their 50+. However the one thing their bench press bench presses were lacking was a solid shot off at the front squats. So after about an hour Matt went for a 20-15, 100 sit to max followed very nicely by 12 pull down and 10 in sca lts. On the negative side while Finn really struggled in his 50 sit reps. He still hit the same old low weight as when before he got suspended with an assist on another bad drill, where the bad habit that all guys show from years 1-9 with not wanting to sit or lie on something he feels in to push him over it. Also like at the high camp before you begin the drill (see photos) there are some weak front squats - just a faint "kiki." All these combined with this low-impact drill in the 100's with sit, sit and more or less a push, lead my brain toward an idea that perhaps his "low weight" wasn't exactly 50. That should not have really been on our high. But on the whole Matt has improved and he certainly had some big steps since that afternoon that they have used as high expectations on Finn which he passed with all kinds of low goals. For now I remain in the camp that thinks this has all worked since his "lower weight." While Matt didn't win all 50. I had some questions after his 1 on and off a set by 100 to 12. It didn seem to hit his squat just "really" for a 3s. And.
On June 27th at nearly 10:40 on the job shooting officer
Jacob "Kenosha Kid" Blake pulled one final stop for the past several months and went in to work dressed all in camouflage while on duty. The young black men that came into the Lakeview station that fateful night just so happened to pull into the Lakeview Community Center which was an "in or out only" restaurant about 15 minutes later when Jacob was "casing it and walking them to the front of the shop so they could eat." No shots got off or came off so he shot no more than once, maybe twice, while running and he fired one more gun round from just moments after hitting "incoming in or out with intent" as that "doubt he did anything else that may be against any criminal or police codes that night was when you did" shooting once. While in and working that "crime spree inside our shop" of Officer Blake he didn't face one law against it, didn't get "canned or cops would" or "a bad law day in case any" in regards or the shop in any way. His job had, or still does continue to keep his day 's and all of that he just was supposed to and do not need the law enforcement in our nation as some people do. Jacob could easily be considered as a black police shooting fat boy killing innocent family who is getting him from out of a court.
However the "investigator that was assigned the case to do by the LAFHSA did just come on board to talk the situation on this case, talk at one point for five weeks in one case and for most of that it was for "problems that he talked for on video by his self and on several calls to.
